Jonathan Seamon is the Director of Ministries and Administration at Brentwood Hills church of Christ and is married to Barbara. Their family have been supporting and involved with Jovenes since it opened and love the boys! Barbara and Jonathan have sponsored one of the Jovenes boys, Jesus, from day one and it has been exciting to watch him grow into a young man! They enjoy visiting with him each year.
Phil Roe is the Chief Executive Officer of Martin Ventures and serves as the President of the Board of Directors of Jovenes en Camino. His wife, Melissa, is the children’s minister at Harpeth Hills church of Christ in Nashville, Tennessee. Phil cannot wait to see God’s plan for JEC and how He can use us to accomplish His plan.
Ty Osman is the President of Solomon Builders, a local commercial general contracting company. He and his wife, Nancy, have two daughters, Adair and Kendall. Ty and his family enjoy the way they can share Jesus’ love by caring for the “least of these” in a real way to make an eternal difference.
Mark Ezell is the President and General Manager of Purity Dairies, LLC. He and his beautiful wife, Martha, have four children. The way the boys of JEC have been rescued from the streets and given the chance to live in safety, grow in the potential that they deserve, know the love of the Savior and be constantly pursued by God is what excites Mark about Jovenes. Mark has seen firsthand the love between the staff and the boys.
Kim Thetford is a retired social worker who is now a homemaker and avid volunteer with various ministries, missions and schools. Kim and her husband Keith, a dentist, have three children. She has traveled to Honduras annually for the past 20 years and has worked with Jovenes en Camino since its inception. After being blessed to watch the physical and spiritual growth of these young men and boys, it will be inspiring to witness the positive impact they will have on the country of Honduras.
Steve Davidson is the Director of Spiritual Outreach at Lipscomb University. Steve, as Co-founder of Jovenes en Camino, serves in Donor Relations. He and his wife, Lisa, have two children. For Steve, Jovenes en Camino has been a faith adventure. JEC has been and is making a difference in the lives of children who call Jovenes en Camino home. For all this we give thanks to God!
Ronald Millón has been the Director of Jovenes en Camino since June 2009. He has been blessed with a beautiful family, his wife, Daysi, and their two daughters. Ronald believes that every boy at Jovenes has a story to tell. They are sad stories but they serve a purpose – to change their sad past to a future full of possibilities. Ronald believes with all his heart that God has led him to Jovenes to take care and guide the boys of JEC. Ronald believes that serving these boys is serving God Himself. He can see the face of Jesus in each boy’s face daily. For him, it is an honor to spend each day serving the boys and the Jovenes team.
Chad Hedgepath serves as the Stateside Executive Director of Jovenes en Camino. Chad also works full-time as an Administrator in the Metro Nashville Public School System. He brings much experience to Jovenes, such as conducting short-term missions to Honduras since 1996 and being a full-time missionary with his wife in the southern part of Honduras from 2006-2008. Chad and his wife, Shelly have two boys, Isaac and Enoch.
