We are blessed with an incredible staff of 30 hardworking and talented staff that keep Jovenes en Camino running day to day. Each of the three residence buildings are headed by house parents. Our house parents are all college-educated husbands and wives who love the children in their homes. The boys who live in their houses are considered part of their families, and they want to see them succeed.

The house parents stress the importance of education, discipline, and a relationship with God. They live out their words every day through their example. They are role models to the boys, and they are making a difference in the lives of these boys that will go with them when they leave Jovenes.

Along with the house parents, we have a staff of cooks, maintenance, and educational personnel who have dedicated their lives to making a home for the boys at Jovenes. All of the staff knows the importance of the role they are playing in growing our boys to be strong, Christian examples in the country of Honduras
